FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about samples, materials, sizing, shipping, and getting your walls just right.

Samples & ordering

Should I order a sample first?

Yes. Color reads differently on every screen and in every room's light. Order a sample, tape it to your wall, and live with it for a few days before you commit. Small samples start at $9.

What is the difference between the small and large sample?

The small sample shows the pattern and color up close. The large sample shows a full 24 inch width, so you see how the design repeats across a wall. Choose the large sample for bold or large-scale patterns.

How do I know how much to order?

Measure your wall's width and height, then use our panel calculator on the How to Measure page. It gives you the exact panel size and how many panels to order.

The same calculator sits on every product page, so you can size up the moment you find a design you love.

Materials

Which material should I choose?

You have four. Peel and Stick Fabric and Peel and Stick Vinyl both remove cleanly, so they fit renters and anyone who likes to change things up. Traditional Pre-Pasted and Traditional Unpasted are permanent and best for long-term rooms.

What is the difference between the two Peel and Stick options?

Fabric Peel and Stick lifts and repositions easily while you work, so it forgives first-timers. It has a matte finish and a soft feel.

Vinyl Peel and Stick is hard-wearing and wipes clean, which makes it a strong pick for kitchens and baths. It has a light semi-gloss finish, a smooth surface, and is waterproof.

What is the difference between Pre-Pasted and Unpasted?

Pre-Pasted has the adhesive built in. You activate it with water. Unpasted needs a separate wallpaper glue that you roll onto the wall. Both are permanent applications.

Is Peel and Stick reusable?

It removes cleanly, but it is not made to move to a second wall. Once you take it down, replace it with fresh panels.

Measuring & sizing

How wide is each panel?

Every panel is 24 inches wide. You line them up side by side across your wall.

Do the panels line up?

Yes. Each panel is printed in sequence, so the pattern matches seam to seam across the whole wall.

What if my wall is taller than a standard panel?

Panels run up to 12 feet. For taller walls we print a continuous 22 foot length. Message us and we will size it with you.

My measurements fall between two sizes. What do I do?

Round up. Extra length trims off clean at the ceiling and floor. It is always safer to have a little more than to come up short.

Shipping & delivery

How long until my order arrives?

Every order is custom made in 3 to 7 business days, then ships free with FedEx 3-day express delivery.

Will I be charged any extra fees on delivery?

No. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. No surprise fees at your door.

Do you ship outside the country?

Yes. We ship worldwide.

Installation

Is it hard to install?

Most customers hang it themselves in an afternoon. Our How to Install guide walks you through every material step by step, with a picture for each move.

What kind of wall can I apply to?

Smooth, clean, semi-matte walls. Skip glossy walls, hold off on fresh paint for 2 to 7 days, and smooth textured surfaces like popcorn first. The full prep checklist is in our How to Install guide.

Can I use it in a bathroom or kitchen?

Yes, on walls away from direct water. Vinyl Peel and Stick handles humidity best.

Do I need special tools?

Just a few basics: a level, a pencil, a squeegee or smoothing tool, and a sharp blade. Each guide lists exactly what that material needs.

Care & removal

How do I clean it?

Wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth. Skip abrasive cleaners and hard scrubbing.

How do I remove Peel and Stick later?

Start at a corner and pull slowly. On painted walls, warm the panel with a blow dryer as you pull, so the paint stays on the wall.

Orders & issues

What is your return policy?

Every panel is printed to order just for you, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges on panels or samples. This is why we recommend ordering a sample first.

The one exception is shipping damage. If your wallpaper arrives damaged in transit, we will send a fresh set free of charge. Just reach out within 30 days of your order arriving.

My order arrived damaged. What now?

We will take care of you. Email support@wallplicity.com with a photo within 30 days of delivery, and we will print and ship a fresh set free of charge.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Reach out as soon as you can. Once a panel goes to print we can no longer change it, so the sooner you message us, the more we can do.
