Refund policy

All WALLPLICITY wallpaper is printed to order, made specifically for your wall at the time you purchase. Because every order is custom-produced, we do not accept returns or exchanges, and all sales are final.

We strongly recommend ordering a $9 sample before committing to a full order. Samples let you confirm color, texture, and material in your own light.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if we made an error with your order, email support@wallplicity.com within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will make it right.

Please note that colors can vary slightly from screen to screen, and print finish differs by material: fabric reads softer and more matte, while unpasted and pre-pasted papers print brighter with a semi-gloss texture. When ordering samples, match the sample material to the material you plan to order.
