Citrine Bombshell is a retro pinup wallpaper, silhouettes in olive gold striking their poses across a pale chartreuse ground. It is a wink of a print for a bar, a powder room or anywhere a room needs a sense of humour.

The design

The figures are cut as clean flat silhouettes in classic pinup poses, heels, waves and all, with a thin white line to pick out a strap or a seam. The pale ground keeps the olive gold soft rather than loud. Daylight makes it citrus. Lamplight makes it mellow. Every pose is a classic, the hands on hips, the over the shoulder glance, the kick.

Works best in

Home bars, powder rooms, dressing rooms and dens. It turns a small room into the one guests talk about.

Style notes

Walnut, chrome and smoked glass. Trim in a deep olive makes it moody, a crisp white trim keeps it pop. Add a velvet stool, a brass bar cart and a mirror with a good frame. Keep the lighting low and the glasses full.

Order with confidence

Citrine Bombshell is an original WALLPLICITY design, engineered as a seamless repeat so the chorus line never breaks, in peel and stick or traditional wallpaper. Samples available.
