Groovy, but rested. Green Groove settles deep green rectangles onto soft mint, oversized and hand-drawn, letting the seventies silhouette relax into something nearly botanical: the colorway for people who want the groove without giving up the calm, which turns out to be most of us.

The design

Deep green concentric rectangles on a mint ground, drawn loose at oversized scale. Two greens, low urgency, and a retro shape softened at every corner. The deep green sits forward and the mint breathes behind it, so the oversized shapes feel airy rather than heavy. The loose line keeps each ring from feeling stamped, which keeps the repeat human at any distance. In daylight the pair leans botanical, and after dark it leans lounge.

Style notes

Seventies geometry after a week in the countryside. It settles in with rattan, pale oak, brass, and plants confident enough to match the wall.
