Market Dot is a grid of hand stamped circles in orange, mustard and olive on cream. Simple rules, loose execution, and a rhythm to keep a small room moving.

The design

Brushy block printed circles arranged on an even grid over a cream ground, in orange, mustard, olive and black. Small scale, with five repeats to every 24 inch panel width.

Works best in

Living rooms, bedrooms, nurseries, home offices, kitchens, and back halls.

Style notes

Sixties spirit, farmers market palette. Pair it with warm oak, black metal, terracotta pots, and white or oatmeal textiles. The small scale reads almost as a texture from across a room and resolves into stamped circles up close. Good in tight spaces where a large pattern would crowd.
