The design

Layers of charcoal and black build dark open water while soft grey linework traces fins, currents, and those famous grins. The sharks glide in a stately repeat, dressed like they own the bank, because they do. From a distance the wall reads as a sophisticated tonal abstract. Step in and the humor surfaces. Low light deepens the water and sharpens the smiles, which is exactly how it should work.

Works best in

Style notes
