Dapper Elephant is a Victorian animal wallpaper that parades moody charcoal-and-gold pachyderms through sweeping period swirls: grand in bearing, meticulous in ornament and gently ridiculous in the most dignified way. The design

Elephants in Victorian dress amid sweeping gold swirls on deep charcoal, layered ornament and elegant animal motifs with maximalist detail. Weight is the trick: the elephants hold their ground while the gold swirls sweep around them like weather. Across a room the wall shimmers as pure ornament, and the animals arrive later, the way large things politely do. Gold over deep charcoal earns its keep at night, trading sparkle for glow.
