The design
A retro checkerboard of soft yellow and white squares in a clean geometric grid. Sunny, nostalgic, and evenly bright. At a distance the soft yellow reads sunnier than it does up close, where the squares reveal their gentle, even temper. Light moves across the grid without glare, so the wall stays cheerful through the whole arc of the day. White does quiet duty here, giving the yellow room to be pleasant instead of loud.
Works best in
Nurseries, playrooms, kitchens, laundry rooms, and bedrooms that get up on the right side.
Style notes
