Every forest has its rogue. The Night Bandit is a gothic raccoon wallpaper that celebrates the masked, dapper and entirely unrepentant bandit roaming a vintage woodland of brown, charcoal and cream. Charming, and almost certainly guilty.
The design
Warm browns and deep charcoal build the forest while cream highlights trace leaves, whiskers and those unmistakable masked faces. The raccoons move through the repeat like they own the place, which of course they believe they do. At a distance the wall reads as a classic dark woodland toile. Closer up, the personalities emerge. The cream keeps the whole composition legible even in a dim hallway.
Works best in
Dens, studies, bedrooms, cabin-hearted living rooms and entryways that hint the household has a sense of humor about itself.
Style notes
Gothic woodland with storybook manners. Pair it with rustic oak, iron hardware, plaid wool and anything that smells faintly of a lodge. Forest green and rust make natural companions. Hang a vintage landscape beside it and the bandit fits right into the gallery. In an entryway he checks pockets on the way out, purely in spirit.
Order with confidence
We designed The Night Bandit in house and built the repeat to be seamless, so the woodland runs on from panel to panel with no place for him to hide. Available as peel and stick or traditional wallpaper. Samples available.
