The design

Horned goat portraits in top hats over mottled brown and charcoal, warmed with gold. Textural, moody, a little wicked. The gold gathers around the horns and hat brim, pulling each portrait forward from the mottled dark. Low light suits him, deepening the browns until the wall reads like an old varnished painting with opinions. Even down a corridor the hat registers first, then the horns, then the attitude.
