The design

Dark woodland botanicals with detailed toadstools and ferns in a dense, intricate repeat. Deep tones and fine linework give the drama a scholarly finish. The deep ground absorbs light and the pale caps return it, which gives the density its order. At a glance the wall is rich shadow, and the detail unfolds as you close in.
