The design

Dark green woodland botanicals with layered mushrooms, fern fronds, and fine gold accents. Rich, dimensional, and dramatic at a confident scale. The gold works in small, precise strokes, keeping the deep green layered instead of lightless. Seen from the hall it registers as deep forest dark, and the mushrooms surface as you come near. Low, warm light is where it settles fully into itself, gold catching one edge at a time.

Style notes

Woodland subjects handled with drawing-room manners. Moss velvet, near-black oak, gilt frames, and heavy curtains keep the register consistent.
