Fog is doing most of the decorating here. Nordic Mist is a misty forest wallpaper with blue gray evergreens dissolving into watercolor haze over a pale cream ground, a few birds gliding through the quiet. It is the rare wall that lowers a room's pulse: mountain morning stillness, minus the drive and the thermos.

The design

Soft blue gray evergreens fade into layered mist, with birds in flight overhead. Airy, tonal, and scenic, closer to atmosphere than pattern. The trees fade upward into pale haze, which pulls the ceiling higher and gives the wall actual weather. Blue gray reads nearly neutral from a distance, and the birds only register once the room goes quiet enough to notice them. Its colors barely shift from morning to night, which is part of the calm.

Works best in

Nurseries, bedrooms, cabins, kids rooms, and any wall in need of a long exhale.

Style notes

Scandinavian landscape scenery, taken down to a whisper. Light woods, white bedding, and sheepskin cover the furnishing question. Over a crib it works like white noise for the eyes, and in a bedroom it makes the far wall feel like open distance. Hang it where the day needs to end well.
