The design

Watercolor pines in soft greys fading into pale mist, with birds soaring above the treeline. Monochrome and tonal, more scene than pattern. The darker trees at the base anchor the wall and everything above them recedes into pale air, which gives even a small room a horizon. From a distance it is weather, up close it is brushwork.
