The design

Small pines and woodland creatures (deer, foxes, rabbits, birds) in soft beige neutrals on a pale ground. Subtle, evenly scattered, and deliberately gentle. With so little contrast between motif and ground, the pattern recedes politely until someone goes looking for the fox. At a distance it reads as a faint, even speckle of forest, and up close it becomes a seek-and-find game with no losers. Low light barely registers it at all, which is the point of a naptime wall.
