Homespun Stripe runs tighter and darker than a plain neutral. Charcoal and slate blue thread through cream and tan, so the wall holds its own against white cabinetry.

The design

Vertical woven stripes in cream, charcoal, tan and slate blue at a higher contrast than a soft neutral. Three stripe repeats to every 24 inch panel width.

Works best in

Bedrooms, living rooms, entryways, home offices, kitchens, and back stairs.

Style notes

Rustic stripe with a cool undertone. Pair it with white oak, black iron, stoneware, and indigo or oatmeal textiles. Daylight brings out the slate blue. Lamplight warms it toward brown. Handles a busy room better than a pale stripe does.
