Some walls want to stand up a little straighter. Mod Block runs vertical color-block stripes in teal, beige, cream, and ink, capped with softly curved panels, and the whole room seems to gain an inch of ceiling. Retro in reference, architectural in effect.

The design

Mid-century vertical stripes in teal, beige, cream, and ink with gently rounded panel shapes. Clean geometry, warm palette, tailored finish. The ink lines draw the eye upward while the teal and beige alternate the weight, which is where the extra ceiling comes from. At distance the wall reads as architecture, and up close the rounded caps soften the whole composition. It keeps its composure in daylight and lamplight alike.

Style notes

Retro color blocking with an architect's posture. It pairs with pale oak, slim black frames, cognac leather, and natural canvas.
