Sapphire Marquee sets the gilded fan lattice on deep navy, the calmest of the three Marquee colorways and the easiest to live with in quantity.
The design
Gold leaf fans in a diamond lattice over layered navies, metallic edges catching against soft matte grounds. Sixteen fan columns cross an 8 foot wall, six inches to a repeat.
Works best in
Bedrooms, dining rooms, home offices, libraries, and living rooms.
Style notes
Deco glamour in its navy suit. Pair it with walnut, camel leather, brass, and white linen. Lamplight pulls the gold forward at night. By day the navy holds the room steady. A headboard wall in this reads as a hotel suite.
