Plaster walls age the way people wish they did: slowly, gracefully, gathering character in the light. Stone Fresco is a limewash wallpaper that borrows the effect in soft sage gray, a gentle plaster look that gives modern, rustic and minimalist rooms real depth without asking them to commit to a pattern.
The design
A faux plaster limewash in sage-tinted gray, with soft mottled texture and quiet tonal movement. Atmosphere rather than pattern. The mottling drifts between gray and sage depending on the hour, cooler at noon and warmer as the sun drops. There is no motif for the eye to catch, so the wall reads as depth itself, the way old plaster does in side light.

Living rooms, bedrooms, entryways, studios, dining rooms and anywhere the walls should whisper.
Style notes
Mediterranean plasterwork by temperament, minimalist by wardrobe. It grounds travertine, pale oak, unglazed ceramics and linen in oatmeal or white. Keep metals soft, nickel or aged iron, and let one sculptural lamp do the flourishing. In a bedroom it lowers the pulse, and in a studio it gives every object in front of it gallery lighting.
