The design
Bold Art Deco fan arches in deep purple and champagne gold with charcoal accents. Scalloped geometry with theatrical vintage polish. The champagne arcs lead the eye upward while the deep purple sets the stage behind them. The scallops read as pure rhythm from the back of the room, and the linework sharpens on approach. Under warm bulbs the gold takes its bow nightly.
Works best in
Powder rooms, dining rooms, entries, and bar walls that appreciate a velvet rope.
Style notes
The bloodline is 1920s picture palace, gilt and plush and impeccably timed. Velvet stools, mirrored surfaces, polished nickel, dark plum paint, and a few charcoal accents keep the production values high and the seating plush. A bar wall earns its velvet rope, and a powder room learns to hold for applause. House lights down, wall lights up.
